Installation instruction

1.  Please read install manual carefully before using this product.

2.  Please cut down the power before the installation, maintenance or repairing, and a qualified electrician must be required.

3.  Please pay attention to live wire, earth wire and neutral wire before installation, and fix the wires according to marks.

4.  Do not touch the lamp body during operation, in order to avoid the heat from lamp body leading to security risks.

5.  Lamps do not allowed to be covered by insulation or similar material.

6.  Lamps cannot be used in dimming applications.

7.  Do not install lamps on the surfaces which is easy to get loose, cracked or other unstable ones.

8.  If the product is found to work non-properly (such as extinguishing, flashing) , please check whether the product connects with the socket well, or the operating voltage meets the requirement. Please exchange products when above problems are not found.

9.  The product is for indoor using only and forbidden to use in high-temperature environments such as bathroom.

Q1. Can I have a sample ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 7-10 days lead time, mass production needs 25-30 days.

A: Base on project or wholesale requirements,we have MOQ.
Q4. How do you ship the samples and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A:Yes. We have the laser printing machine by ourself. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6. How to deal with faulty ?
A:If there is quality issue caused during warranty, we will send necessary replacements or new item to you for free in advance.
Q7. What’s the payment term?
We accept 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipping for mass order. Samples order and value less than USD1000 order need 100% payment.
