Q1. Can I have a sample ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 7-10 days lead time, mass production needs 25-30 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Base on project or wholesale requirements,we have MOQ.

Q4. How do you ship the samples and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A:Yes. We have the laser printing machine by ourself. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6. How to deal with faulty ?
A:If there is quality issue caused during warranty, we will send necessary replacements or new item to you for free in advance.

Q7. What’s the payment term?
We accept 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipping for mass order. Samples order and value less than USD5000 order need 100% payment.

Q8. How can we get trust with each other since we are so far away from each other ?
